Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. Inside 24 hours we can't refund, but we'll try to move you to another day.

Weather and safety

We run rain or shine, and the rainforest looks amazing in the rain. If we ever have to cancel for severe weather or safety, you'll get a full refund or a free move to another day.

Who can come

Our tours are made for backpackers, solo travellers and adventurers. You need to be fit enough for rainforest walks on uneven tracks. Swimming and creek floats are optional and at your own risk; follow your guide's directions at all times.

Privacy

We collect your name, contact details and pickup details so we can run your tour and contact you about it. We don't sell your details. If you book through another website, that site's privacy policy also applies.
