About this tour
Swap the beach for the bush. Our Outback Day Tour is a budget-friendly day trip from Surfers Paradise into the Gold Coast hinterland, made for backpackers, solo travellers and adventurers. We explore the country town of Canungra, then spend the middle of the day on a private cattle farm: swimming and floating in a crystal-clear creek, volleyball, friendly cows and a campfire with free billy tea. After lunch on Tamborine Mountain and a stop at the hang glider lookout, we finish with afternoon drinks at a country pub. We pick you up at 8am and drop you back in Surfers at 4:30pm.

Explore the country town of Canungra and grab a morning tea.

Private cattle farm
Spend the middle of the day on Sarabah Creek Station. Meet the friendly cows, swim and float in the crystal-clear creek on our inflatables, play volleyball and sit round the campfire with a free billy tea.

Tamborine Mountain village and lunch
Wander the village on Tamborine Mountain and grab lunch.

Stop at the Tamborine Mountain hang glider lookout for big views over the hinterland.
